Project Energize
On Tuesdays every two weeks we went to Project Energize. A girl named Gina taught us how to eat healthier food. There are four food groups Meat, Fruit/Veg, Grain, Dairy. Thick chips are healthier than thin chips. For Project Energize we also learnt about the different types of takeaways and we put them in the right places we had a non healthy and a healthy place. We learnt about unhealthy drinks like Powerade, V Drink, Coke and other drinks, we also learnt about healthy drinks like water and milk.
